Happy New Year ! a Picture Year in Review

December has been such a busy month. I haven't had time to blog at all. I figured I should end my year with a blog post. Some people are glad to say good-bye to 2011 and think I should be too. However, I don't think it was such a horrible year. One of my resolutions is to blog more on a regular basis and facebook less.

Here's a recap in photos:

January - Sammy and Jason took their first steps on 1-11-11 - The Twins turned ONE !

February: My 34th Birthday (it was after midnight and I hadn't showered - just keeping it real !)

March: Peter Piper Pizza fundraiser for MOPS - St. Patrick's Day -
climbing out of high chairs - watching ELMO

April : coloring at church, playing , Easter, learning to walk up stairs, at the park

May: Great Mom's Walk (MOPS) -  Memorial Day visit from cousin AJ

June: switched to toddler beds, taking the bus around FLG, Summer Movie Fun !

July: 4th of July and Christian came to visit

August: we babysat our twin friends for 4 days, read books,
learned to put our plates up on the counter, had fun playing outside

September : Went to PHX for Labor Day, saw Grandma, got haircuts,
spent a week with dad, went to our first friend's bday party

October: Halloween parties, Walk for a Change, riding the bus, playing at the park, Thing 1 and Thing 2

November: Turkey dinners, surgery at the hospital, 11-11-11 with Daddy

December: making presents for family, playing in the snow, holiday photo shoot, Xmas in Chicago
and then Mommy lost her camera on the airplane :(

Well, the boys went to their dad's place after we got back from Chicago. So I have had plenty of time to relax, clean house, eat hot meals and sleep. It is almost too quiet and I like not having to climb over the baby gates. I left my camera on the airplane on the way to Chicago, so hopefully I will be able to buy a new one soon and take lots of pictures to start off the new year. I was able to Skype with the boys earlier tonight so that made me super happy and miss them a little less. Happy New Year to all my friends online and in person.
